Oh, my. This was heartbreaking. So glad Lestrade was there to somehow keep John from committing suicide despite his elaborate plans (the tarp - that's so cruel and yet fitting!). The funeral itself is the only one I can imagine for Sherlock now and for the future. Wow, so sad. :-(

I only find solace in the knowledge Sherlock might not be dead and the fact Mycroft was conspicuously missing from the funeral...
